Ingebjørg Telnes Wilhelmsen is the Secretary General of the Norwegian Hydrogen Forum (NHF). Ingebjørg holds a Law Degree (cand. Jur) from the University of Bergen (UiB), and Organizational Behaviour and Management from Norwegian Business School (BI Oslo).
