Hege Skryseth is Executive Vice President of the Business Area Technology, Digital & Innovation in Equinor. She is responsible for R&D and innovation activities, and for identifying and developing potential new growth legs for Equinor, in addition to venture activities through Equinor Ventures.
With more than 20 years of senior executive experience from leading international companies within software products and services, Skryseth brings leading experience from technology development, industrial digitalization, business transformation and change management.
Prior to joining Equinor Skryseth held the position as president of Kongsberg Digital business area and EVP at the Kongsberg Group. She has also held the position as General Manager for Microsoft Norway , and CEO of Geogroup AS.
She holds an eMBA in financial management and leadership from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) , a bachelor’s degree in management from The Norwegian Business School (BI), and college graduate from Norwegian School of Information Technology (NITH).
